These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Review Booster services provided by Sales Compass Ltd., doing business as Review Booster (“Review Booster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using Review Booster, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Review Booster is a managed reputation-management and customer-feedback service primarily designed for local service businesses, including septic, sewer, drain, plumbing, and other home-service companies.

Depending on your plan and configuration, the service may include:

• Review request landing pages

• SMS review requests

• Email review requests

• Follow-up reminders

• QR-code review links

• Private customer feedback forms

• Customer concern notifications

• Review monitoring

• Basic review response templates

• Reputation activity reporting

• GoHighLevel-based workflows and automation

• Ongoing system monitoring and optimization

Unless separately agreed in writing, Review Booster is not a full-service SEO, advertising, CRM implementation, social-media management, or lead-generation service.

2. Review Platform Rules

You and Review Booster must comply with the policies of applicable third-party review platforms.

Review Booster does not support or knowingly facilitate:

• Fake reviews

• Purchased reviews

• Reviews from people who did not genuinely use the business

• Incentives conditioned on positive reviews

• Requests for customers to leave a specific star rating

• Selectively asking only satisfied customers to post public reviews

• Threatening or pressuring customers to remove legitimate negative reviews

• Manipulating review-platform rankings or moderation systems

Review Booster may suspend any workflow or account activity that we reasonably believe violates platform rules, applicable law, or these Terms.

3. Google Reviews

Where Google is selected as the primary review platform, Review Booster may help the Client distribute a genuine Google review link or QR code to eligible customers.

Review requests must be intended to obtain honest feedback from real customers. Review Booster does not guarantee that Google will publish, retain, or display any particular review.

4. Yelp and Other Platforms

Some platforms have stricter rules regarding review solicitation.

Where direct review solicitation is restricted or discouraged by a platform, Review Booster may limit its services to monitoring, profile visibility, response support, or other compliant activities.

We may change or discontinue a platform-specific feature if required by platform policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information

• Provide necessary account access and review links

• Obtain any required customer permissions or consents

• Use genuine customer data only

• Keep customer information accurate and lawful

• Review and approve messaging where requested

• Maintain one responsible business contact

• Respond appropriately to genuine customer complaints

• Follow applicable privacy, telemarketing, email, SMS, review-platform, and consumer-protection laws

The Client is responsible for the quality of its own services and its relationship with its customers.

6. Customer Data

The Client represents that it has a lawful basis to provide customer information to Review Booster and to instruct Review Booster to process that information for the agreed services.

Review Booster may process information such as:

• Customer name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Service date

• Job or transaction status

• Feedback responses

• Review request activity

The Client must not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information.

7. Communications

Depending on the Client's configuration, Review Booster may assist with SMS and email communications.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that communications sent on its behalf comply with applicable laws and consent requirements.

Recipients must be given appropriate methods to unsubscribe or opt out where required.

Review Booster may suspend messaging where complaints, excessive opt-outs, carrier restrictions, or compliance concerns arise.

8. Third-Party Services

Review Booster may depend on third-party platforms and services, including:

• GoHighLevel

• Google

• Facebook/Meta

• Trustpilot

• Telecommunications providers

• Email providers

• Payment processors

• Analytics providers

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, moderation decisions, account suspensions, API limitations, or other events controlled by third parties.

9. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated in your order or agreement:

Standard Setup Fee: $250
Promotional Setup Fee: $0 for eligible limited-time offers
Monthly Service Fee: $59 or $97/month

Additional services, locations, platforms, usage charges, custom integrations, historical campaigns, or additional messaging volume may be billed separately.

10. Billing

Monthly fees are billed automatically using the payment method on file.

You authorize us to charge all agreed recurring fees and approved additional charges.

If payment fails, we may retry payment and may suspend service until the account is brought current.

11. Initial Service Period

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Review Booster is designed around an initial 90-day service period to get best results.

After the initial 90 days, the service continues month-to-month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

12. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible new Clients are covered by our 30-Day Launch & Activity Money-Back Guarantee.

The guarantee applies if Review Booster materially fails, for reasons under our control, to:

• Build the agreed core Review Booster system

• Launch the agreed workflows

• Activate eligible review-request activity

• Provide the agreed private feedback process

• Provide required system monitoring

• Provide agreed reporting during the first 90 days

To qualify, the Client must have:

• Supplied all required access

• Supplied accurate business information

• Supplied eligible customer/job data where required

• Approved required messages

• Maintained an active payment method

• Cooperated reasonably with onboarding and support requests

• Used the service in accordance with these Terms

The guarantee does not depend on a specific review count, rating, ranking, lead volume, appointment volume, or revenue outcome.

13. No Outcome Guarantee

Review Booster does not guarantee:

• A specific number of reviews

• 5-star reviews

• A specific average rating

• Higher Google rankings

• Higher local-map rankings

• More website traffic

• More calls

• More appointments

• More customers

• Revenue increases

• Removal of negative reviews

• Publication of any particular review

Customer behavior, service quality, competition, platform moderation, search algorithms, and third-party decisions are outside our control.

14. Private Feedback

Review Booster may provide a private channel through which customers can communicate concerns directly to the Client.

This feature is intended to help businesses identify and address concerns.

It must not be used to prevent, restrict, punish, or improperly discourage customers from posting legitimate public reviews.

15. Intellectual Property

Review Booster retains ownership of its:

• Templates

• Automation structures

• Workflow logic

• Documentation

• Processes

• Branding

• Proprietary configurations

• Training materials

The Client retains ownership of its own business information, branding, customer data, and original materials.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client receives a limited right to use Review Booster deliverables while its account is active.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use Review Booster to:

• Send unlawful spam

• Harass customers

• Collect fake reviews

• Impersonate customers

• Fabricate testimonials

• Circumvent review-platform policies

• Discriminate against reviewers

• Suppress legitimate criticism unlawfully

• Send illegal or non-consensual communications

• Upload unlawfully obtained customer data

• Misrepresent your relationship with Google, Meta, Yelp, Trustpilot, or any other platform

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for:

• Non-payment

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Platform-policy violations

• Unlawful activity

• Excessive spam complaints

• Misuse of customer data

• Attempts to obtain fake or manipulated reviews

• Material violation of these Terms

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

18. Cancellation

After the initial 90-day period, the service continues month-to-month.

Unless otherwise stated in your order, cancellation requires written notice before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future recurring service charges but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Booster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service.

Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount the Client paid to Review Booster during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

20. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Review Booster harmless from third-party claims arising from:

• The Client's products or services

• Unlawful customer-data collection

• Messages sent at the Client's direction

• Misleading business claims

• The Client's violation of review-platform rules

• The Client's violation of applicable law

This obligation does not apply to claims caused solely by Review Booster's own unlawful conduct.

21. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the service to reflect:

• Legal changes

• Platform-policy changes

• Security requirements

• Product improvements

• Third-party service changes

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Suffolk, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
